Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at sales@magpierobins.com. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes a further 2–3 working days. So you can expect your order within 3–5 working days from placing it.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 have a standard delivery charge applied at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the courier.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 28-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed or damaged will not be accepted.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, email us at admin@magpierobins.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes subject to availability. Contact us at sales@magpierobins.com and we'll arrange this for you.

Who pays for return postage?

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Products

What material are your hoodies made from?

Our hoodies are made from 380gsm heavyweight premium cotton. They are pre-shrunk, reinforced at the seams and designed to last for years.

Are your leather goods genuine leather?

Yes, all our leather goods are made from 100% genuine leather. We do not use PU or synthetic leather. Each piece features RFID blocking technology for your security.

How do I care for my products?

For hoodies, machine wash at 30°C inside out. Do not tumble dry. For leather goods, wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and apply leather conditioner occasionally to maintain the finish.
