Return Period
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Changing Your Mind
If you simply change your mind, you can return the item and we will issue a full refund. Please note:
A £2.99 delivery charge will apply for standard returns.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you will receive a 100% refund, including any delivery charges.
How to Return an Item

before sending your return. Once confirmed, send your item to the address provided by our team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@magpierobins.co.uk
for instructions.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns (£2.99).
For faulty or incorrect items, return shipping is free, and you receive 100% of your money back.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, especially for higher-value items.
